Carlos Reyes is a non-executive director of Seven Energy, he was appointed in 2016.
He is currently Principal at the IFC African, Latin America and Caribbean Fund (ALAC) and is a member of the Senior Investment team responsible for the $1.0 billion ALAC Fund, responsible for investments in the energy and natural resources sectors and across all sectors for the West Africa Region.
Previously, Carlos worked at BP in a variety of senior roles where he held responsibility for delivery of over $2.5 billion in transactions related to gas storage, gas infrastructure and upstream assets. Carlos has an MBA from Yale School of Management and a Masters in International Public Policy from George Mason University and a BA (Economics) from Universidad de Barcelona. He is also a Board member for Africa Railways – Rift Valley Railways.
