Mr, Olatunji Patrick Oluyemi has resigned as the Managing Director/CEO of Unity Kapital assurance plc with effect from 23rd March, 2017.
The company has appointed Mr. Babatunde Oshadiya (Executive Director, Operations) will perform in the interim as the Ag. Managing Director/CEO pending the appointment of a substantive MD.
The company said Oluyemi Patrick Olatunji has developed commendable experience in the insurance industry.
He has held various high level positions in the insurance industry in the course of his career and was a former Managing Director of Royal Exchange Assurance of Nigeria”.
