Isioma Ogodazi holds a bachelor degree in Humanities from Bournmouth University, United Kingdom and a post graduate diploma in personnel Management from the London School of Economics, she also possesses a diploma, from the Institute of Personnel Development United Kingdom and participated in the Senior Management Executive Program (Four months mini MBA program) at the Lagos Business School.
She has attended many development programmes and has also served on the Boards of various Companies in various capacities. She also has extensive and in-depth experience in personnel management.
She was the Director of Human Resources at Stanbic IBTC, Head Talent, Global Support Functions, Standard Chartered Bank United Kingdom, the General Manager/Head Human Resources of Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria and Senior Manager/Head Human Resources Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.
