Binance reopens in Belgium three months after being ordered to stop

Crypto exchange Binance has restarted operations in Belgium, reopening registrations and access to products and services.

Three months ago, the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA) ordered Binance to stop providing services in Belgium.

In June, the FSMA ordered Binance to stop serving Belgium clients, alleging the exchange provided services from outside the European Economic Area, violating a rule of prohibition.

Last month, the company said it will serve its users in the country from its Polish entity, Binance Poland.
