Mixin Network loses close to $200 million in hack

Mixin Network, a service designed to make cross-chain transfers cheaper and more efficient, has confirmed that it has been hacked for nearly $200 million.

The hack was first reported by SlowMist, a Blockchain consultancy firm.

Mixin Network claimed it was attacked by hackers in the early morning of September 23 and that the funds involved are approximately US$200 million.
