The Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat, led the state delegates to pay a condolence visit to the family of late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad on Tuesday.
Hamzat visited the late singer’s home alongside the Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr. Tayo Ayinde, the Commissioner for Youth, Mr. Mobolaji Ogunlende, the Commissioner for Information, Mr. Gbenga Omotoso and the Special Adviser on Tourism, Mr Idris Aregbe.
The deputy governor reassured the family of justice in the untimely death of the 27-year-old, adding that the government will assist in catering for the deceased’s son.
“Keeping trust in God but also be rest assured that the government will do it’s part in this case,” he said.
MohBad died on Monday, September 11. He was buried on Wednesday, September 13, in the Ikorodu area of Lagos state.
