Crypto major Binance has resumed bitcoin (BTC) withdrawals after a second pause.
The pause in withdrawals was attributed to the unprecedented congestion the Bitcoin network suffered.
Having briefly paused bitcoin withdrawals for around two hours Sunday afternoon U.S. time, Binance paused Bitcoin withdrawals again on Sunday evening U.S. time as unconfirmed transactions skyrocketed.
Bitcoin is now at $28,240, down 2.6% in the last 24 hours.
