eBay announced has appointed Vidmay Naini as its general manager for global emerging markets.
The role covers eBay’s growth in Southeast Asia, India, Eastern Europe, Israel, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
Naini used to lead eBay’s Southeast Asia and India businesses.
Naini has been with eBay for 18 years and his previous projects include eBay’s strategic investment in Flipkart.
According to eBay’s 2022 Southeast Asia Small Online Business Trade Report, 99% of all small businesses on eBay currently export items to an average of 25 different international markets on an annual basis.
