Bloomberg reports that Apple Inc is considering bidding for streaming rights to a range of English football games.
The rights would allow Apple to show Premier League games in the UK.
Apple Tv, last year, struck a partnership with Major League Soccer that will see every game streamed on the app for the next decade.
Amazon.com Inc too is developing an app for watching sports content.
