Lawsuits and legal troubles are piling up for the disgraced founder of bankrupt crypto exchange FTX, Sam Bankman-Fried.
A Bloomberg report has it that the U.S derivatives regulator Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) is planning to sue Bankman-Fried, for fraud.
According to the report, CFTC is bringing a case against Bankman-Fried, FTX, and Alameda Research.
Earlier, PageOne.ng reported that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filed charges against Bankman-Fried for defrauding FTX investors.
