E-commerce giant Amazon.com Inc has launched a virtual clinic for users to interact with healthcare providers to help treat common ailments.
Amazon has been targeting an expansion in healthcare, inking a deal for online pharmacy PillPack in 2018.
Later branded as Amazon Pharmacy, PillPack was a prescription delivery and price-comparison site that let users buy over-the-counter drugs via Prime memberships.
Amazon Clinic would operate in 32 states, where customers who seek treatment, will be connected to healthcare providers.
Amazon is also waiting to close its $3.49 billion deal to buy One Medical, as it seeks to expand its virtual healthcare presence.
