U.S electric vehicle giant Tesla Inc has raised insurance incentives for car orders in China.
These incentives will be enjoyed by buyers who have placed orders before Nov. 30, Tesla announced via its Weibo account.
Previously, Tesla offered an insurance incentive of 7,000 yuan ($970) for orders between Oct. 1 and Dec. 30. Now the automaker has announced that the incentive for November has raised to 8,000 yuan.
Tesla, however, reduced incentives for December orders to 4,000 yuan.
Tesla has had a rocky quarter in Beijing, delivering 71,704 China-made electric vehicles (EVs) in October. That is down by 14% from a record high in September.
Tesla has also slashed starter prices in China for Model 3 and Model Y cars.
