Rumble to go public through a $2.1 billion SPAC deal

Reuters reports that Canadian video platform Rumble Inc would go public by merging with blank-check firm CF Acquisition Corp VI at an initial enterprise value of $2.1 billion.

Rumble said in a statement that the deal is expected to provide about $400 million in proceeds, the report added.

The combined company will be called Rumble and is expected to list on the Nasdaq.
