After months of anticipation, the PlayStation 5 finally went on sale in the UK this week.
Eager games flocked to buy the console, with retailers including Amazon, Currys PC World and Tesco selling out in record time.
Despite several restocks, it seems that many customers are still struggling to get their hands on the PS5.
And with Christmas just around the corner now, several gamers have taken to Twitter to vent their frustrations and question when and where more stock will be available.
One user tweeted: “Anyone selling a PS5 can’t seem to get one anywhere…”
Another added: “Man, can’t get ps5 anywhere in the UK.”
And one vented: “Why PlayStation did you think it was a good idea to release the PS5 before Christmas with not enough stock?
“I’m gonna have very disappointed kids on Christmas Day now because of this, as I can’t get hold of one anywhere in the UK.”
Thankfully, Sony has confirmed that more PS5 consoles will be available before the end of the year.
PlayStation tweeted: “We want to thank gamers everywhere for making the PS5 launch our biggest console launch ever.
“Demand for PS5 is unprecedented, so we wanted to confirm that more PS5 inventory will be coming to retailers before the end of the year – please stay in touch with your local retailers.”
For those still scrambling to find any last available stock, here is a full breakdown of what we know so far.
