The Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has relaxed the 24-hour curfew he imposed on the state on Tuesday 20th October.
The governor had imposed the curfew after hoodlums started using the #EndSARS protest in the state as an avenue to carrying out criminal activities.
Speaking at a press briefing after a tour of the troubled spots across the state on Friday 23rd October, the governor said that from Saturday 24th October, people will be allowed to go out from 8am to 6pm.
He said that the security situation will be reviewed on Monday 26th October.
Sanwo-Olu also said that the level of destruction recorded in the last few days across the state is unprecedented for in the history of Lagos State.
