Nigeria at 60: RevolutionNow protesters storm Lagos streets demanding end of bad leadership in the country

As Nigeria marks its 60th Independence, about two hundred (200) protesters stormed the streets of Lagos on Thursday 1st October, 2020, demanding the end to bad governance and leadership in the country.

Speaking with newsmen, the protesters said that they are members of the #RevolutionNow.

Recall that the Federal Government had last year arrested some members of this group, including Omoyele Sowore, a former presidential candidate.

According to Vanguard, they learnt that similar protests are also taking place in other states across the country.
