A final year student of Covenant University identified as Ibukunoluwa Aina, was forced to shave his beard after a lecturer at the University rejected his look to his online project defense recently.
Aina and other students of the institution, appeared before a panel to defend their project as part of the requirements for them to graduate from the institution.
However, when he appeared before the panel, one of his lecturers stopped him, telling him his beard was and unacceptable.
The lecturer instructed him to go shave his beards and return for another defence.
Aina went to shave his beards and later returned for his defense.
However, a friend of his has shared a video of his supervisor lambasting him over his bushy beards during the online project defense.
