Amazon is now selling an Echo Dot speaker for 99p with Music Unlimited

Online giant Amazon has launched a huge deal on its Echo Dot speaker in time for the weekend.

The best-selling Alexa smart speaker can be snapped up as little as 99p to anyone who buys a month’s worth for Amazon’s music streaming service.

According to Mirror, once you sign up to the service for one month, which will cost you £8.98, you will then also receive the Echo Dot for 99p.

As both purchases would normally set you back £57.98, the deal means you’ll be saving a whopping £49.

The one-off deal is available on the Amazon website, but be sure to choose the combined deal and not ‘device only’.

It was recently shared to deals site and has caused a rush from bargain-hunters wanting to take advantage of the incredible offer.

Those who sign up to Amazon Music Unlimited, which is similar to Spotify and Apple Music, can simply cancel their subscription before the first month is up to avoid paying any further charges.

The deal comes just a few days after Spotify Premium users were being offered a free Google Nest smart speaker, which normally costs £49.99.

The third-generation Echo Dot in charcoal is usually priced at £49.99 but is currently reduced to £29.99 for those who are buying it seperately.

However, the online giant’s latest deal means eligible customers can get one for just £8.98.
Sadly, the offer is only available to Amazon Prime members – so you’ll need to sign up to the premium delivery service first if you want to redeem it.

The Echo Dot is a voice-activated speaker that lets users browse the internet, connect with other devices and control other appliances and gadgets via voice commands.
