Bride discovers £7.5K dream ring fiancé spent two years paying of is fake

A bride-to-be was left in disbelief when she discovered that her engagement ring, which her partner had spent two years paying off, was fake.

The woman’s fiancé had chosen a stunning ring to propose with, but because of its hefty £7,500 price tag he opted to spread the payment over a few years.

It was only after the bride bragged to her friend about how expensive the ring was that she asked to take a look – and the truth came out.

Within seconds her friend knew the “diamond and platinum” ring was fake.

The woman took to the Facebook group That’s it, I’m wedding shaming to explain how she came to know it was a fake, admitting that the scratched diamonds were a major red flag.
