Trump blasts Supreme Court, calls ruling on his finances ‘prosecutorial misconduct’

President Donald has shaded the US Supreme Court after the apex court riled that New York prosecutors can seek his financial records.

In a tweet to respond to the ruling, Trump said:

“The Supreme Court sends case back to Lower Court, arguments to continue. This is all a political prosecution. I won the Mueller Witch Hunt, and others, and now I have to keep fighting in a politically corrupt New York. Not fair to this Presidency or Administration!”

Arguing that other presidents were favoured in similar ruling, he alleged that:

“Courts in the past have given “broad deference”. BUT NOT ME!”

Few hours ago the US Supreme Court ruled that New York prosecutor can seek President Trump’s financial records.

In a ruling which was split by 7-2 with Chief Justice writing and conservatives Alito and Thomas dissenting. Both of Trump’s appointees, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh, ruled against him.
