A lady has accused Peruzzi of rape on Twitter saying that she has kept this inside for over 8 years.
Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, popularly known as Peruzzi is a Nigerian singer and a member of Davido music worldwide (DMW).
According to the lady, she couldn’t speak before because she wasn’t bold enough. She said that she chose to speak out now because of the boldness she saw in other rape victims.
She alleged that Peruzzi raped her about 8 years ago when she accompanied a friend named Aisha to visit Peruzzi in his apartment in 1004, Victoria Island, Lagos State.
According to her, Peruzzi tried to touch her in the room she was sleeping in with Aisha but she refused. She said that she had to go to the parlour downstairs to sleep. She said that while she was asleep, Peruzzi came in and attempted touching her. She added that she woke up and stopped him but he forcefully shifted her underwear and raped her.
The accuser said also said that she never reported to anyone because she was scared and because her parents didn’t know she was in Lagos.
Meanwhile, Peruzzi has not yet said anything about this.
Peruzzi was earlier accused of rape by a UK-based singer, Daffy Blanco.
According to Blanco, she didn’t press charges against the popular singer because of the lawyer of his record label, Bobo.
