Nigerian value airline startup, Green Africa Airways has appointed Newshore to build its Internet Booking Engine, website and its corporate and customer portals.
The airline said in a statement that Newshore was selected after an extensive website vendor-selection process because of its strong track record of working with some of the most successful airline start-ups in the industry that grew to become the dominant players in their respective markets.
Green Africa also disclosed that it is forming its commercial execution plan of which one of the most crucial element will be the tailoring of its digital customer experience. Technical innovation will be a key driver for Green Africa in improving the booking process online and in differentiating its product to appeal to a wider group of customers across the African continent.
