1. Our Companies are fully operational and operations are fully within the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Lagos State.

2. Asa Company we conduct due diligence operations in all our dealings.

3. Our partners are secure and our businesses are going as usual.

4. Stakeholders are welcome to visit us and address issues as to business confidence and for inspection purposes.

Please be informed that these claims are coming from disgruntled ex-employees and are grossly untrue. We are an equal employer company and have been and will always be fair in all our dealings and transactions.

Further to the above, we are taking steps to ensure proper legal actions against all parties who have commenced these libelous claims against our Organization.

It would be recalled that former several employees of Divergent, LandLagos and its numerous companies took to Twitter to express their displeasure about the treatment they received at the company.

From the forced exit, mass sacking to Ponzi scheme claims, there are concerns that the company could have engaged in unwholesome practices in the course of its dealings with staff and customers, allegations that Divergent has denied with no ambiguity.
