SAP appoints Christian Klein as Co-CEO to replace Bill McDermott


Global enterprise software giant, SAP, said it it has appointed Christian Klein as its new co-chief executive officer.

Christian Klein is taking over from Bill McDermott who stood down on today (Friday) after a decade of his leadership in building up SAP as the world’s leading enterprise software company.

Klein told Germany’s N-tv, a unit of RTL Television, that SAP will henceforth rely on a strategy of continuity.

Alongside his co-CEO, Jennifer Morgan, Klein will be handling the task of completing its transition to cloud computing.
