Robert Mugabe dies at 95

Zibabwean leader and former president, Robert Mugabe has died aged 95.

Mugabe who ruled Zimbabwe for 37 years was ousted by the military in a bloodless coup in 2017.
 
Mugabe was a leading force in the 1970s independence war that ended white-minority rule.

However, he became an international outcast and finally resigned in November 2017, after the military seized control of the country and his own party threatened to impeach him.
