For mishandling packages belonging to Huawei Technologies Co Ltd, China has technically rejected apologies issued by FedEx Corp.
A statement issued by China’s foreign ministry requested that FedEx Corp should offer a proper explanation on the incident that led to the package rerouting to China.
Yesterday, we reported that FedEx apologized for refusing to ship a Huawei Technologies phone sent from Britain to the United States.
FedEx said in its apology that it made an “operational error” after PC Magazine, an American computer magazine, complained on Friday that FedEx refused to ship the phone.
