The bottler for The Coca-Cola Company across Europe, Asia and sub-Saharan Africa, Coca-Cola HBC AG said it has completed the acquisition of Bambi.
The company had announced that it planned to acquire Serbia’s confectionery company, Bambi.
Coca-Cola HBC said it will now include the Bambi business in its consolidated financial statements.
The company said it looks to leverage on Bambi’s strong distribution network, including chilled distribution, in strategically important channels such as traditional retail and HoReCa.
