Bitcoin, the world’s largest cryptocurrency has reached another high in its trading price for this year, marking a return in its bullish run.
The trading price for the world’s most traded digital currency rose as high as $8,905 before falling slightly to about $8,250.
Trading prices of major altcoins also saw significant uptakes in their prices with Ethereum,ETH, Ripple, XRP, and Litecoin, LTC, seeing up to 6% rise in trading prices.
The aggregate trading volumes across the ‘Real 10’ exchanges (the top 10 exchanges showing actual trading volumes) was about $3.1 billion while aggregate trading volumes from all tracked exchanges by Coinmarketcap was about $10 billon.
Traders and analyst are now looking at a record price for 2019 to be hits about $9,650 per BTC, a feat that will make it hit about $10,000.
Total markecap now stands at $268.1 billion its highest point since August 3, 2018 while the market capitalization for altcoins has risen to an average of $6 billion.
