KKR completes acquisition of BMC Software


KKR said it has completed the acquisition of BMC Software.

The company disclosed in a statement that the company was acquired from a private investor group led by Bain Capital Private Equity and Golden Gate Capital together with GIC, Insight Venture Partners, and Elliott Management. The terms of the agreement, which was previously announced in May 2018, were not disclosed.
