One of Nigeria’s major flour derivatives producer, Flour Mills Plc said Anders Kristiansson will takeover from Mr. Jacques Vauthier who will resign as the company’s Chief Finance Officer.
Flour Mills said in a statement that Jacques Vauthier will step down by the end of the year.
The Board and management of FMN expresses their gratitude to Mr. Vauthier who has been with the Group for over seven years, for his time and dedication to the development of the business and wish him the very best in all his future endeavors.
The company said in preparation for Mr. Vauthier’s exit, Mr. Anders Kristiansson, has been identified as his successor. Anders joins FMN with a wealth of experience working in senior and executive finance positions in several multi-national organizations in Nigeria and Across Africa, including, Procter Et Gamble, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Lafarge Holcim and PZ Cussons Nigeria.
His rich experience in in these similarly complex, multi-site, publicly quoted, joint ventures, branded consumer products and industrial product companies, make him ready for a seamless transition into the position of the Chief Finance Officer.
Anders is a Certified Accountant with the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), certified in IFRS (Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales) and an Alumnus of London Business School Advance Management Program. He studied in Canada an ermany and has a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics om Gothenburg University, Sweden.
