Credit card giant, American Express Co., said it has appointed Charlotte Duerden as the Managing Director of its United Kingdom unit.
AmEx said in a statement to Reuters that, in her near-two decade career with the company, Duerden has held several senior positions, including head of product, pricing & portfolio management for Europe and director of membership rewards & customer engagement.
