Petrobras said Mr. José Alberto de Paula Torres Lima has resigned from the position as member of the company’s Board of Directors, for personal reasons.
Petrobras informs that the remaining board members may nominate a substitute that will serve until the first General Meeting, as provided in Article 25 of the company’s Bylaws.
