Based on information available to PageOne.ng, MTN Group has appointed Africa Practice as the communication consultant for its Nigerian initial public offering, IPO.
South Africa’s MTN Group is planning to list 30% of its Nigerian unit valued at $500 million on the Nigerian Stock Exchange, NSE, a listing that will further add depth to the bourse.
Africa Practice is a public relations firm with operations across various African countries. The company works for other multinationals including Google.
It would be recalled last week that MTN had appointed Chapel Hill Denham as the leading issuing house for the IPO.
