The Aberdeen offices of oil giant Statoil have been sold for GBP18.7million by Golden Globe. The 45,797sq ft office is let to Statoil (UK) Ltd until March 31, 2032, with an annual rent of GBP1,225,069.75 per annum.
Drum Property Group said it had completed the sale of the 45,000 sq ft office at Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, to international investment group Golden Globe.
Statoil manages its UK North Sea business from the purpose-built complex, which is on a long-term lease.
Drum managing director Graeme Bone said: “We are delighted to have concluded this latest transaction at Prime Four, and are very encouraged the park continues to attract significant interest from the UK and international investment markets.
“Drum remains committed to continuing to invest in additional services and amenities for Prime Four, and the surrounding area, as it continues to grow its reputation as a major global energy hub and the premier business park in the north of Scotland.”
Drum’s total investment at Prime Four to date exceeds GBP275million.
The firm is currently developing plans for additional office complexes and an out of town retail park at the site.
