Cristobal Conde appointed Advisor Duco Board

Global provider of self-service data normalization and reconciliation services, Duco, has appointed Cristobal Conde as an advisor to the CEO and board of directors.

Mr. Cristobal I. Conde, also known as Cris, is a Senior Advisor at Teneo Holdings. He serves as a Senior Advisor of TPG Capital, L.P. He is an active investor in early-stage companies and a Senior Member of the Partnership for NYC’s FinTech incubator for software companies. Mr. Conde served as a Senior Advisor of Providence Equity Partners LLC. Mr. Conde served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sungard Computer Services LLC, SunGard Consulting Services Inc., and SunGard Investment Systems, LLC.

Cristobal Conde served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of SunGard Capital Corp. II from 2002 to 2011 and from 2000 to 2011 respectively. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Sungard Capital Corp. from 2002 to May 2011 and from 2000 to May 2011 respectively. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Sungard Availability Services Ltd. He served as Chief Executive Officer of FIS Data Systems Inc. for 12 years (also known as SunGard Data Systems Inc.) from August 2002 to May 31, 2011 and its President from 2000 to May 27, 2011. He served as the President of Sungard Availability Services LP. Having spent 28 years at SunGard, he has a long track record of accelerating the growth of Fintech companies.

Mr. Conde co-founded Devon Systems International, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Availability Services and President of Availability Services at Inflow, LLC. He served as Principal Executive Officer and President of SunGard SAS Holdings Inc. He was an Executive-in-Residence at FinTech Innovation Lab. He served as Chief Executive Officer at Sungard Availability Services LP until June 2010.

He served as Chief Operating Officer of SunGard Public Sector Pentamation Inc. and SunGard Data Systems Inc. He also served as an Executive Vice President of SunGard Public Sector Pentamation, Inc. and Sungard Capital Corporation from 1999 to August 2002. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of SunGard Trading Systems Group 1991 to 1998. Mr. Conde has his own incubator for start-up technology companies where he is able to provide his expertise across a number of key areas including: cyber security, big data, market structure, financial risk management and executive leadership. Mr. Conde co-founded a trading and risk systems business. He serves on the Advisory Board of Teneo Ventures.

Mr. Cristobal Conde has been the Executive Chairman of Intelligent Business Entertainment Inc. since August 14, 2012. He serves as Executive Chairman of True Office. He has been the Chairman of Calastone Limited since November 2014. Mr. Conde served as the Chairman of SunGard Systems International, Inc. He served as Chairman of WhipTail Technologies, Inc. since March 12, 2013. He served as Chairman of Whiptail Inc. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Calastone Limited. He has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of OpenGamma Limited since October 27, 2014.

He served as a Director of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company since April 14, 2011 and Business Executives for National Security. He served as Director of Sungard Availability Services LP. Mr. Conde serves as a Director of Centripetal Networks, Friends of Universidad Católica de Chile and College of Mount Saint Vincent. He served as a Director of SunGard Investment Systems LLC.

He served as a Director of Sungard Capital Corp. since 1999, WhipTail Technologies, Inc. since September 18, 2012 and SunGard Capital Corp. II from 1999 to 2011. He served as a Director of SunGard Consulting Services, Inc. and SunGard Data Systems Inc. from 1999 to May 27, 2011. He served as a Director of The Partnership for New York City, Inc. He is a partner at the Partnership for New York City and a member of the Centennial Society of The Economic Club of New York. Mr. Conde holds a B.S. in Astronomy and Physics from Yale University.
