Japaul Oil appoints Akinloye Oladapo as Acting Group MD


The Board of Directors of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc has approved the appointment of Mr. Akinloye Oladapo as the Acting Group Managing Director. 

The company said in a statement that following the resignation of Mr. Kayode Tolulope Oluwasegun-Ojo, the Group Managing Director of the company, effective September 5, 2017.

Akinloye Daniel Oladapo holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Urban & Regional Planning from the Polytechnic, Ibadan, and Postgraduate Diploma and M.Sc Degree in Transport from Ogun State University, Ago-lwoye, (now Olabisi Onabanjo University).

Mr. Oladapo has worked for several years with Dapkol Engineering Limited where he rose to the position of Project Manager before he resigned his appointment in 1997. While with Dapkol Engineering Limited, he contributed immensely to the successful completion of various projects undertaken by the company, including the FF.0 sponsored projects under Lome II Convention.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Japaul Oil & Maritime Services Plc since 2008 where he rose to the position of the Deputy Group Managing Director of the Company, before his current appointment as the Acting Group Managing Director.

Akinloye Oladapo is a member of the Chartered Institute of Transport, Lcndcn and a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Shipping. He is happily married and blessed with four children.
