The Management of Conoil Plc has appointed Mr. Pandey Ajay (Indian) as the Acting Managing Director of the Company.
The company also appointed Mr. Akinyemi Ibrahim Akinlawon has been appointed as the Acting Director of Finance of the Company, and Mr Edim Aikpo has been appointed as the Acting Financial Controller
Following the resignation of Mr. Sanjay Mathur (Indian) as the Managing Director of the Company; Mr. Bamidele Ogunnaike has resigned his appointment as the Executive Director, Finance of the Company; and Mr. Abdulateef Ijaiya has resigned his appointment as the Financial Controller of the Company.

He has received good commendations in Financial Reporting and Tax Management from his company’s statutory audit teams (from Akintola Williams Deloitte and Nexia Agbo Abel & Co.) since 2013.
