Sigma systems appoints Vladimir Mitrasinovic as Managing Director

Sigma Systems, the leader in catalog-driven software, has appointed Vladimir Mitrasinovic as Senior Vice-President of Sales and Managing Director for EMEA and APAC.

Mr. Mitrasinovic was previously Head of the Cloud and Software as a Service business unit for Cerillion Technologies, and served as Executive Vice-President of Global Channels and Alliances at Acision (XURA). As Senior Vice President of Sales and Managing Director of EMEA and APAC, Vladimir will oversee all sales and business development efforts within the regions.

Mr. Vladimir Mitrasinovic, also known as Vlad, serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Europe at TOA Technologies, Inc. He serves as Managing Director of LogNet Billing Ltd. He served as Managing Director of EMEA at MetraTech Corp. and served as its Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Mitrasinovic served as Senior Vice President of Business Development and Global Sales & Marketing of MetraTech Corp. and also served as its Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development since November 2004.

Mr. Mitrasinovic is responsible to focus on MetraTech’s worldwide growth plan and further partner development. He has more than 25 years of global sales and business development experience. Mr. Mitrasinovic held a succession of leadership roles in the billing applications industry before he joined MetraTech. He served as the Managing Director of MaxBill, Ltd., where he developed, led, and implemented comprehensive business strategies to establish high growth sales in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Prior to this, Mr. Mitrasinovic served as a Director for Customer Service of Scitex Corp. where he developed and executed strategies that resulted in significant global expansion. In addition, Mr. Mitrasinovic has held various positions at Groupe Bull (formerly Honeywell Information Systems). He earned his bachelors degree in Computer Science from University of Belgrade in Serbia and LLM, and a Masters Degree in Law from DeMontfort University in the UK.
