Korn Ferry announced that Lesley Uren has joined the firm as Senior Client Partner as part of Korn Ferry Hay Group. She will be based in Korn Ferry’s London office.
Lesley Uren has had significant experience as both a leading consultant, operating with Boards and senior teams and as a top level HR professional.
She has been a consultant for over fifteen years – four years as a senior consultant at Towers Perrin London where she led the Human Capital practice and specialised in human resources strategy and talent management, and latterly as co-founder and Chief Executive of specialist Talent Management consulting firm, Jackson Samuel. Prior to that Lesley held senior HR leadership roles with organisations such as PepsiCo.
Lesley Uren has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors (financial services, retail, utilities, media, telecommunications and public sector), and geographies. She has led talent strategy and process projects in both the public and private sectors for clients such as NHS London, Sainsbury’s, Sony Ericsson and National Grid. She has developed leadership and talent criteria across an equally diverse set of clients including Anglo-American, Tate and Lyle and Time Warner.
