Guerrino De Luca joins Neisen Holdings board of Directors

Nielsen Holdings plc has announced the addition of Guerrino De Luca as a member of the company’s board of directors, effective October 19, 2017. De Luca is a seasoned consumer technology executive with more than thirty years of global experience, and significant expertise in strategy, marketing and management.

He currently serves as chairman of the board of directors for Logitech International S.A., a global provider of accessories for video, music, gaming and personal computing devices. He has served as chairman of the Logitech Board of Directors since January 2008.

Guerrino De Luca joined Logitech in 1998 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from February 1998 to December 2007 and as acting President and Chief Executive Officer from July 2011 to December 2012.

Prior to joining Logitech, De Luca served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for Apple, in addition to multiple positions within Apple across the United States and Europe earlier in his career. Previously, De Luca also served as president of Claris Corporation, a U.S. personal computing software vendor. He holds a Laurea degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Rome, Italy.
