Vodacom Business has announced the opening of its first office in the north west South African province of Bokone Bophirima.
The office will cover both business and consumer requirements, including all provincial network improvement planning. The new office is expected to enhance Vodacom’s customer service delivery in the province as well as improve response times to customer queries.
Vodacom presence in Bokone Bophirima means that the company is better placed to offer support to the local government as it continues to support Government’s digital strategy. This, in turn, will help Bokone Bophirima respond more quickly to the evolving demands and expectations of its citizens. Vodacom is committed to playing a meaningful role in supporting the digital transformation of the Bokone Bophirima government.
The company’s services in Bokone Bophirima were previously managed through the Midrand office and presence through a Consumer store in Potchefstroom . Through making itself more accessible to its customer base, Vodacom hopes to create brand and operational presence as well as greater awareness in the province.
Hon. Premier of Bokone Bophirima Supra Mahumapelo says “We are confident that Vodacom will continue to support the Provincial Government in its implementation of the National Development Plan through Rebranding, Repositioning and Renewal, anchored on the five concretes.”
It will initially be staffed with 6 people and is now open for business.
