Mr. Olusola Oladipo has notified the Board of Directors of Zenith Bank plc of his retirement with effect from August 30, 2017. This follows the expiration of his tenure of office as Executive Director.
The company said in a statement that the Board has accepted the retirement. We request that you kindly update your records accordingly.
Mr. Olusola Oladipo served as a General Manager and Group Head of Aviation Breweries & Beverage Group of Zenith Bank Plc and served as its Deputy General Manager. Mr. Sola has over fourteen years banking experience, most of which were spent in various departments of Zenith Bank, spanning Treasury, Branch Management as well as Corporate Banking.
He is presently, the group head, aviation, breweries and beverage group. He serves as an Executive Director of Zenith Bank Plc.
He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting (1991) from the Obafemi Awolowo University and Masters in Business Administration MBA (1998) from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria and also an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
