Tina Eboka quits the board of Stefanutti Stocks Holdings

Stefanutti Stocks Holdings Limited said Tina Eboka has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 31 July 2017.

Tina Eboka was on the board of directors of the Company as an Independent Non-executive Director since her appointment in 2013. She was a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and, until 28 February 2017, a member of the Social and Ethics Committee.

According to her profile, Ms. Tina N.M. Eboka serves as Group Managing Director for NTP Group SOC Limited. Ms. Eboka served as Head of Corporate Affairs of Standard Bank Group Limited. She served as Executive of Corporate Affairs at Standard Bank Group Limited. She served as Vice President of Organisational Development & Communications at the CSIR and a founding member of Technology for Women In Business, the Gauteng Innovation Hub and the Nepad IT initiative for schools.

Ms. Eboka joined Standard Bank Group Ltd. in 2005. She was a board-level Strategy Consultant and Turnaround Specialist with a 24 year career spanning banking, science/technology research, retail and manufacturing industries in both public and private sectors. She served as Exco Director at Standard Bank of South Africa for five years, where she established and led group corporate affairs and was responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, social investments and the bank’s corporate strategy. She served as Chairs the Commission of International Trade and Administration. She serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Stefanutti Stocks (Pty) Ltd.

She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Stefanutti Stocks Holdings Limited since May 17, 2013 and Omnia Holdings Limited since February 26, 2016. She is a recognised business turnaround specialist. Ms. Eboka holds a BS in Applied Mathematics (New York), BS in Textile Engineering (Philadelphia) and MBA in Business Operations and Project Management from SEP (Harvard).
