He has B.Com Economics Major (WITS), B.Compt Honours (Accounting) (UNISA), Advanced Taxation Certificate (UNISA), Postgraduate Diploma in Islamic Banking & Insurance (IIBI).
Prior to joining Argon Asset Management, Mohamed spent 7 years at Element Investment Managers as a Portfolio Manager where he was part of the Portfolio Management Team and Asset Allocation Committee, while playing an important role in managing the Islamic portfolios. He was also a member of the Audit Committee.
