
Deneb Investments said it will acquire 100% stake in South Africa’s toy distribution and marketing company, New Just Fun.
According to the details of the deal, Deneb Investments will pay a cash purchase consideration of about ZAR40.5 million for the entire stake of New Just Fun.
Deneb has further doubled down its acquisition spree. On Tuesday, the company said it entered into a sale of shares and claims agreement with Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited to acquire 10% stake in Formex for ZAR25 million.
