American delivery major, FedEx has disclosed that operations at its TNT Express unit were disrupted after a virus attack pulled down its network.
FedEx said TNT Express operations and communications systems were disrupted but no data breach was known to have occurred
The Netherlands-based TNT Express said on Tuesday it was experiencing interference with some of its systems, following a global ransomware attack.
FedEx said operations of all other FedEx companies were unaffected, the company said.
The spate of Ransomware attack has increased in the last few weeks. WPP, the world’s largest advertising group yesterday confirmed that it suffered a Ransomware attack.
