Shoprite Holdings said Brian Raymond Weyers, a director in the company has sold off some of his shareholding in the company worth ZAR6 million.
The total number of shares sold was 30,594 ordinary shares sold at ZAR200.67 per share.
The company said it has received clearance for the deal.
