Olaide Adedipe is an Executive Consultant of BAA Consult with an MBA (Marketing); PGD (Marketing); Adv. Dip (Bus. Admin). She has 31 years of work experience in different organizations, holding different positions.
She worked at Stock-brokerage (IMB Securities Limited, subsidiary of IMB International Bank Plc) (on secondment during 1985-1995); Merchant Banking (IMB International Bank Plc, legacy of Finbank Plc and now of First City Monument Bank Plc) (1995-2000). At various times, she was Head of the Benefits Unit of the bank and set up Administrative Operations Control Unit of which she was the Head until she exited the bank.
She was a Financial/Management Consulting (B. Adedipe Associates Limited) (February 2000 till date). She Joined BAA Consult in February 2000, having responsibility for the firm’s Human Capital Services, Accounts and Administrative Services
