Mr. Louis Von Zeuner is Independent Non-Executive Director of Telkom SA SOC Ltd., effective December 10, 2012. He has been a member of the Telkom board since December 2012.
In addition to being chairman of the risk committee he is also a member of the audit and social and ethics committees. He currently serves as a non-executive director on a number of boards.
He is also a member of the Eminent Persons Group on Transformation in Sport and the South African Rugby Players Association (SARPA) Development Trust and advises the LIV Foundation, which focuses on the upliftment of children. He had a long and distinguished career in banking, during which he gained extensive experience in risk management and mergers and acquisitions, and was deputy group chief executive of Absa from 2009 to 2012.
