Mr. Thami Msubo is Chief of Human Resources of the company. He joined Telkom as chief of human resources in January 2011, having previously been chief of human resources, corporate affairs and empowerment at Tata.
His previous experience includes senior human resource roles in the mining, pharmaceuticals and electronics industries during which he gained experience in transformation, business cultural change, leadership development and organisational development. Thami was a board member for the World Association for Co-operative Education.
